I look forward to starting this blog for the new year! This is going to be a place for me to write about my experiences with being a new Mama, cooking and making Healthy Food, as well as sharing tips and tricks I learn along the way. Having a background in and passion for Integrative Nutrition has also equipped me with the necessary skills to coach people and help them reach their goals.
I have a passion for cooking and am always looking for dishes that are healthy and easy! It’s easy enough to cook for yourself, but throw a family in the mix and you have to make sure everyone will like what you’re making! So for 2019, I am committing to try a minimum of 3 new recipes a week. My focus will be on easy, simple and family friendly meals that anyone can do.
